16S rRNA amplicon sequencing analysis of gut microbiota characteristics in PitNETs patients

Through 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing to analyze the characteristics of the gut microbiota of patients with different lineages of PitNETs and healthy controls, this study investigates the differences in the composition of the gut microbiota between patients with different lineages of PitNETs and the healthy control group, as well as the correlation of these differences with the cognitive function of the subjects.
