Data on the construction of a mathematical model to investigate the effect of building design in the cooling of natural ventilation piggeries.

ANSYS 13.0-Fluent software was used to solve the mathematical model to investigate if building design could be used in natural ventilation piggeries to reduce air temperature on hot days to the pig's optimum growing temperature. Four different building designs were investigated including a combination of building design changes. The effectiveness of the design changes were measured using wind temperature and velocity at both sides of the piggery.
