In 2023, Edison Motors managed to record an operating loss of almost 6.7 billion South Korean won. The company was the successor to the bus division of Korea Fiber and was owned by a Chinese company before becoming Edison Motors. In 2023, the company was bought by KG Group and changed its name to KGM Commercial.
