AI in health care: a provision-level corpus of binding instruments
收藏资源简介:
A corpus of legal instruments that expressly address the use of artificial intelligence in health care, coded at the level of the individual obligation rather than the instrument. For each obligation it records the operative text verbatim, the provision cited, the official source and the date of access. Verbatim is never translated. It covers 21 instruments across 11 jurisdictions (Alabama, Brazil, California, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Rhode Island, Texas, Washington and the European Union). Of 55 obligations, 40 carry a verbatim passage from the source. Each source file from which a provision was read is identified by the SHA-256 of its bytes. Read LIMITATIONS.md before using this deposit. METHODS.md describes how sources were captured, identified and checked. Data, text and manifests: CC BY 4.0. Scripts (norm_v1.py, busca_v1.py): MIT.
