(Released December 2025) Tuberculosis Infected Marmosets

The MARM-TB-Drug-Regimens dataset contains the FDG PET/CT scans from common marmosets infected with Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB) H37Rv and imaged with FDG ([¹⁸F]Fluorodeoxyglucose) during experiments to characterize the action of various drugs and regimens used against the infection. Baseline CT scans were collected before aerosol exposure to MTB and disease was allowed to develop for 6 to 7 weeks until frank lung disease was evident. PET/CT scans were collected at about 5 weeks post infection and immediately before the start of treatment and every two weeks thereafter until eight weeks of treatment. The data is zipped into files by drug treatment with typically 5 animals per group and 5 scans per animal so that the drug groups of interest can be downloaded. The drugs administered include bedaquiline, delamanid, isoniazid, linezolid, moxifloxacin, pretomanid, pyrazinamide, quabodepistat, and rifampicin along with combinations of these.
