The manufacturing employees reported high levels of perceived CSR, organizational identity, and extra-role performance, moderate levels of in-role performance, and low levels of altruistic values. Employees’ perceived CSR is positively and moderately associated with organizational identity, in-role performance, and extra-role performance. Additionally, organizational identity is positively and weakly associated with both in-role and extra-role performance. Regression analysis indicates that organizational identity significantly mediates the relationship between perceived CSR and employee performance, as measured by in-role and extra-role performance. Furthermore, altruistic values serve as a significant moderating variable between perceived CSR and organizational identity.
