非洲菊是我国主要鲜切花品种之一,应用广泛。由于多年来国内市场尚没有国产的非洲菊新品种,为改变新品种来源长期依赖于国外的状况,提升国内非洲菊产品质量。自2000年起,在上海市农委课、国家林业局和上海绿化和市容管理局课题的支持下,项目组经过十余年的研究开发,围绕非洲菊新品种培育和产业化生产需要解决的问题,自主创新,培育出具有自主知识产权的非洲菊新品种,并制订了相关标准,使研究成果较快的在生产中推广应用,取得了显著的社会和经济效益,成果达到了国内行业领先水平。 1.国内较早建立了非洲菊优良品种筛选和组培工厂化育苗技术体系。项目组从引进国外非洲菊品种着手,筛选优良品种,研究组培繁殖种苗技术,建立了非洲菊组培苗产业化生产体系,率先实现种苗生产质量控制。 2.建立了非洲菊杂交育种技术体系,研究资源圃、亲本圃、杂交后代选种圃的栽培管理技术。运用人工杂交育种的方法,培育出非洲菊新品种10多个,其中4个新品种已申请国家的植物新品种保护,保存220多份有价值的育种材料。 3.首次比较系统研究了花粉形态、授粉机制、杂交后代的主要性状遗传规律和新品种(系)的选择评价标准,为进一步开展育种工作提供理论数据参考。 4.课题实施期间,在金山现代农业开发区建立了2个非洲菊自育新品种示范区,施行标准化的生产栽培管理,取得了很好的示范效果。制定了行业标准《非洲菊切花等级规格》(NY/T 1952-2008),地方标准《非洲菊组培种苗生产技术规程》和《非洲菊切花生产技术规程》,编制了培训教材,先后为本市奉贤区、金山区及浙江嘉善的花农举办栽培技术培训500多人次,带动生产和增收,起到了很好的辐射推广效果。 5.项目先后获得国家植物新品种保护权3项,上海市新品种认定3项 制订行业标准1项,企业标准2项,发表论文4篇,编著培训教材1本。获得了上海市局科技成果一等奖1项。研究团队获得上海市局“非洲菊创新团队”的荣誉称号。
Gerbera is one of the main cut flower varieties in China with wide application scenarios. For many years, there have been no domestically-bred new Gerbera varieties in the domestic market. To change the long-term dependence on foreign sources of new varieties and improve the quality of domestic Gerbera products, since 2000, supported by research projects from the Shanghai Municipal Agricultural and Rural Affairs Commission, the National Forestry and Grassland Administration, and Shanghai Greening and City Appearance Administration, the project team has conducted over a decade of research and development. Focusing on the key issues to be addressed in Gerbera new variety breeding and industrialized production, the team carried out independent innovation, bred new Gerbera varieties with independent intellectual property rights, and formulated relevant standards. As a result, the research outcomes were rapidly promoted and applied in production, achieving remarkable social and economic benefits, and the achievements reached the leading level in the domestic industry.
1. Established one of the earliest domestic systems for excellent Gerbera variety screening and industrialized tissue culture seedling cultivation. Starting from introducing foreign Gerbera varieties, the project team screened elite varieties, studied tissue culture propagation technology for seedlings, established an industrialized production system for Gerbera tissue culture seedlings, and took the lead in implementing quality control over seedling production.
2. Established a Gerbera crossbreeding technology system, and researched the cultivation and management techniques for resource gardens, parent gardens and hybrid progeny selection gardens. Using artificial crossbreeding methods, the team bred more than 10 new Gerbera varieties, among which 4 have applied for national plant variety protection, and preserved over 220 valuable breeding materials.
3. For the first time, conducted a relatively systematic study on pollen morphology, pollination mechanism, main trait inheritance rules of hybrid progeny, and selection and evaluation criteria for new varieties (lines), providing theoretical data references for subsequent breeding work.
4. During the project implementation period, two demonstration zones for self-bred new Gerbera varieties were established in Jinshan Modern Agricultural Development Zone, with standardized production and cultivation management, achieving good demonstration effects. The team formulated the industry standard *Grade and Specification of Gerbera Cut Flowers* (NY/T 1952-2008), local standards *Technical Regulations for Gerbera Tissue Culture Seedling Production* and *Technical Regulations for Gerbera Cut Flower Production*, and compiled training materials. They have held more than 500 person-times of cultivation technology training for flower farmers in Fengxian District, Jinshan District of Shanghai and Jiashan, Zhejiang Province, driving production growth and income increase, and achieving good radiation and promotion effects.
5. The project has successively obtained 3 national plant variety rights, 3 Shanghai municipal new variety certifications, formulated 1 industry standard and 2 enterprise standards, published 4 academic papers, and compiled 1 training textbook. It won 1 first prize of scientific and technological achievements from the Shanghai Municipal Bureau. The research team was awarded the honorary title of "Gerbera Innovation Team" by the Shanghai Municipal Bureau.
