High-Frequency QPO Scaling – Pilot v4 Dataset and Note

Pilot v4 of the HFQPO scaling archive provides: A cleaned dataset of six black hole systems with high-frequency QPOs, Quality grading (A/B/C) of each source based on measurement reliability, Python scripts for analysis and figure generation, Summary note in PDF (2 pages) with results and conclusions. This release confirms the robustness of the 3:2 clustering and demonstrates reproducibility of ~1/M scaling in A-quality pairs. Researchers are encouraged to use the dataset, scripts, and figures as a transparent baseline for independent testing and model comparison.
