scRNA sequence study of mouse model lung cancer evolution

In this study, we established one urethane induced mouse precancer mouse, and scRNA sequence profiling validated the new target for the lung precancer interception. Overall design: Collect the samples of normal lung and tumor tissues from different timepoint of mouse model after Urethane induction, and scRNA sequence profiling of collected samples for lung precancer interception new strategy.
