资源简介:
When cordyceps fungi grow and develop, part of the nitrogen in the insect body will be discharged into the soil environment, which will cause changes in the soil bacterial community. The purpose of this study was to investigate the nitrogen form and content in the growth process of C. chanhua, and its regulation on the bacterial community in C. chanhua and soil environment. We found that during the growth of C. chanhua, nitrate and organic nitrogen related to soil nitrogen cycle were excreted from the insect into the soil environment, and ammonium, nitrite and hydroxylamine nitrogen were absorbed into the body of C. chanhua. Through high-throughput sequencing, we have further demonstrated that ecN aqueous solution of C. chanhua can reduce the diversity of soil bacterial community and the function of bacterial community in soil environment. In addition, we isolated three dominant strains with high activity of nitrogen conversion from the sclerotium of soil-covered C. chanhua. Therefore, from the perspective of endophytic bacteria, C. chanhua participated in soil nitrogen cycle.
