Whole-Slide CD8 IHC Data and Tissue Annotation Data (HALO)

The enclosed folders contain <b>CD8 IHC data for</b> <b>each</b> <b>whole-slide specimen</b> included in the present study. Cases are distinguished <i>numerically</i>, while redundant tissue blocks from a given case are distinguished <i>alphabetically</i>.Each whole-slide tissue specimen has a folder that contains CD8 IHC positive cell coordinates obtained from HALO (<b>Object_Data.csv</b>) and annotation data exported from HALO (<b>Annotations.annotations</b>). Annotation data can be read as XML files and interpreted in well-known text format.The HALO output for the corresponding TMA is included, alongside a map of the core positions relative to the whole-slide tumour border.
