This dataset contains the complete raw and processed data supporting the study entitled “Integrative Proteomics and Metabolomics Analysis Reveals the Anti-Inflammatory Mechanisms of Soufeng Yuchuan Decoction in Asthma”.In vivo data (ovalbumin-induced asthmatic rat model):Hematoxylin-eosin (H&E) stained histopathological images of rat lung tissue; Original Western blot images and quantitative data of key ferroptosis-related proteins: glutathione peroxidase 4 (GPX4), solute carrier family 7 member 11 (SLC7A11), solute carrier family 3 member 2 (SLC3A2), glutamate-cysteine ligase catalytic subunit (GCLC), glutathione synthetase (GSS), and voltage-dependent anion channel 2 (VDAC2); Levels of IgE, IL-6, and IL-13 in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF); Biochemical assay results: reduced glutathione (GSH) levels in lung tissue and serum. In vitro data (erastin-induced ferroptosis model in BEAS-2B human bronchial epithelial cells): Raw data of cell viability measured by Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8); Fluorescence images and quantitative data of 5-ethynyl-2′-deoxyuridine (EdU) cell proliferation assay; ELISA results for malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), total iron content, and GSH/GSSG ratio; Original Western blot images, quantitative data, and RT-qPCR raw Ct values with normalized expression of GPX4, GCLC, GSS, SLC7A11, SLC3A2, and VDAC2 The dataset enables full reproduction and independent verification of all in vivo and in vitro experimental results presented in the associated manuscript.
