资源简介:

This Dandiset contains acute in vivo electrophysiology recordings from anesthetized pigs acquired using high-density flexible microelectrode arrays placed around the optic nerve and, in selected experiments, over early visual cortex. Recordings were acquired with an Intan RHD system during visual stimulation paradigms including full-field light flashes and localized retinal stimulation. The dataset includes raw extracellular voltage recordings converted from Intan RHD format to NWB, stimulus timing/TTL channels when available, electrode/channel metadata, and subject/session metadata. These recordings support analysis of visually evoked responses across the porcine visual pathway, including ON/OFF response dynamics, spatial recruitment across optic-nerve electrode arrays, low-frequency field components, high-frequency compound-action-potential-like activity, and signal transmission from the retina/optic nerve toward visual cortex. The data were collected as part of acute swine studies using high-channel-count neural interfaces for large-scale mapping of visual signal propagation. Funding support: Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health, ARPA-H.
