Trend Questions Corona (Week 16/2020)

On behalf of the Press and Information Office of the Federal Government, the opinion research institute forsa has regularly conducted representative population surveys on the subject of the ´Corona crisis´ (COVID-19), starting in calendar week 12/2020. The individual question areas were adjusted according to the survey period.

Topic: Interest in information on the corona crisis; interest in information on various topics (climate protection, sustainability, digitalisation, German EU Presidency, refugee and asylum and pension policy); worries about an infection with the corona virus; worries about family members or friends being infected with the corona virus; worries about infecting other people oneself; other worries in context with the corona virus (open question); assessment of current political measures to contain the corona virus; credibility of the information provided by the Federal Government on the corona crisis; reasons why the information provided by the Federal Government on the corona crisis is considered less credible or not credible at all (open question); assessment of the scope of the reports and information on the corona crisis.

Demography: sex; age (grouped); employment; education; net household income (grouped); party preference in the next federal election; voting behaviour in the last federal election.
