Supplementary datasets for glycosidic bond–specific keystone responders: metabolomics tables and Bayesian gLV inference outputs

This item contains supplementary datasets supporting the analysis of glycosidic bond–dependent gut community dynamics and responder identification. Files include: (i) detailed tables of differential metabolites from untargeted LC–MS analyses across time points and treatments (feature annotation, statistics, and effect sizes); and (ii) complete outputs from Bayesian generalized Lotka–Volterra (gLV) inference based on absolute-quantitative time-series data, including posterior summaries/credible intervals of parameters, substrate response coefficients (ε), and interaction matrices (β). These datasets are intended to facilitate transparency, reproducibility, and reuse of the metabolomics and ecological modeling results.
