Summary statistics from simulated gene regulatory networks from "Regulatory network topology and the genetic architecture of gene expression" (Aguirre, et. al., bioRxiv 2025). These files are distributed as used in the project github repository — specifically, in the form used to generate Figures 3-6 (and accompanying supplementary figures) from the manuscript.
