资源简介:
To conduct a visual analysis of research in the field of thiamine-responsive megaloblastic anemia syndrome (TRMA) in the Web of Science, analyzing its research hotspots and evolving trends, provides a reference for the high-quality development of the field of preventive medicine.Taking the core database of Web of Science as the literature source, selecting TRMA-related literature records published from 1997 to 2023 as the research object, and using R language and citex database to conduct visual analysis and discussion of the research content. A total of 89 related literature papers were published from 1997 to 2023; the peak number of publications was 8 in 2019, indicating that the research in this field is currently in the preliminary exploration stage. Analysis by country showed that the United States, Israel, and Turkey have published more papers, but collaborative research is relatively rare, reflecting that there is no unified TRMA cooperative research model among countries. Through keyword frequency analysis, diabetes, deafness, thiamine-responsive megaloblastic anemia, and SLC19A2 gene mutation are high-frequency keywords, indicating thatthese keywords have been the main research focus, highlighting the gradual consensus on exploring the mechanism of TRMA. The research popularity of TRMA is continuously increasing. Researchers need to strengthen cooperation to promote the diversification of TRMA research. Currently, researchers can further investigate the mechanisms of hot topics such as diabetes, deafness, and thiamine-responsive megaloblastic anemia, while the study of the core gene SLC19A2 may become a new breakthrough in future molecular research.
