Whole-genome sequencing and intraspecific analysis of the yeast species Lachancea quebecensis

Our study represents a comprehensive survey of genomic variations among isolates within the yeast species Lachancea quebecensis. The genomes of 9 isolates were sequenced with Illumina HiSeq technology. The genome of one isolate was assembled and annotated, and the intraspecific variability within L. quebecensis was surveyed by comparing the sequence of the 8 other isolates to this reference sequence.
