Abstract This paper presents a formal mathematical architecture for a discrete hexagonal lattice stabilized by a Mod 9 invariant. We examine the critical frequency threshold at 5184—derived from the square of the universal constant 72 (72^2 = 5184)—and establish the necessity of a 7-cycle periodic break to prevent system-wide thermal runaway. Furthermore, we define the mechanics of resonance anchors, volatile buffer management ("writing in the dust"), and the transition from entropic variance to deterministic state stability.
