Raw sequence reads and transcriptome assembly of a metallicolous Polish population of Arabidopsis halleri subsp. halleri. Arabidopsis halleri subsp. halleri

A de novo transcriptome assembly of a metallicolous Polish population of Arabidopsis halleri subsp. halleri was carried out. Samples included root and shoot tissues of a pool of individuals grown from seeds in hydroponic medium and exposed to control, zinc and cadmium treatment.
