Rat 3D Tracking & E-Phys KISN 2020 Dataset

This dataset was collected in 2020 in the Whitlock Lab at the Kavli Institute for Systems Neuroscience (KISN) in Norway by Bartul Mimica and Tuce Tombaz. In the "data_files" directory, each pickle file is a separate (~20 min) recording session of an individual rat moving freely in a 2x2 m octagonal arena, with seven 3D motion captured body points, head and back Euler angles derived from such tracked points, inertial measurement unit-derived head Euler angles, sound stimulus presentation, spiking activity etc. In the "cluster_group_identity_files" directory, one can find whether individual clusters were classified as single units ("good") or multi-unit activity ("mua").
