This dataset supports a retrospective study evaluating postoperative bile characteristics following liver resection.The file is provided in SPSS format (.sav) and contains clinical data related to drain-to-serum bilirubin ratios. It includes information allowing comparison between patients who received systemic ICG fluorescence evaluation and those who did not. The dataset is structured to support analysis using propensity score matching.This dataset is shared to enhance transparency and reproducibility. <b>No further changes will be made to this dataset.</b> It is associated with a manuscript currently under preparation.Please cite this dataset appropriately in any derived work.
