Cell-free DNA fragment files (hg38) from renal cell carcinoma patients and healthy controls

This dataset contains cell-free DNA (cfDNA) fragment files generated from plasma of clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) patients and healthy control individuals. The dataset comprises 12 samples:- 6 ccRCC patients (labelled PID019, PID020, PID038, PID039, PID040, PID041)- 6 healthy controls (labelled HC001, HC007, HC009, HC010, HC012, HC013) Within the archive, each sample includes two files:- <sample>.hg38.frag.bed.gz: bgzip-compressed BED file of cfDNA fragment coordinates aligned to the human reference genome GRCh38/hg38.- <sample>.hg38.frag.bed.gz.tbi: the corresponding tabix index. A sample metadata table is also provided as zenodo_cfdna_sample_metadata.tsv. Sample identifiers have been coded/de-identified; the file names contain no personal identifiers, and no directly identifying patient information is included in this deposit.
