Attitudes towards fitness among gym clients in the U.S. in 2023

A July 2023 survey in the United States revealed that 70 percent of gym-goers felt that it was important to invest in their health and personal fitness. Meanwhile, around half of respondents stated that fitness was a core part of their identity.
