Results from Fitting 200 Different Models to 10,150 Flow-Occupancy Empirical Fundamental Diagrams of Road Traffic

This data set supplies the results from fitting 200 different models specified within the FitFun modelling framework to each of 10,150 flow-occupancy empirical fundamental diagrams of road traffic. Information on the model specifications and the fitting methods can be found in the related publication (see below). The model fits were performed using the FitFun software (v1.0) which is publicly available for download from GitHub at https://github.com/danlegend5/FitFun. The empirical fundamental diagrams consist of measurements of traffic flow and occupancy from 10,150 loop detectors located in 25 different cities worldwide, and they are also available for download from Harvard Dataverse (https://dataverse.harvard.edu/dataset.xhtml?persistentId=doi:10.7910/DVN/FSGDQM). This data set also provides relevant information on the empirical fundamental diagrams and the corresponding loop detectors.
