Differential Effects of Commercial Quercetin Product Extracts on Metabolic and Calcium Activity in Primary Neurons Under Hypoxic Conditions

This dataset contains the experimental data supporting the manuscript entitled “Differential Effects of Commercial Quercetin Product Extracts on Metabolic and Calcium Activity in Primary Neurons Under Hypoxic Conditions.” The dataset includes MTT-derived metabolic activity data and GCaMP6s-based calcium imaging data obtained from primary hippocampal and cortical neuronal cultures exposed to commercial quercetin product extracts (F1–F7) or analytical-grade pure quercetin (F8) under two experimental paradigms: quercetin pretreatment before hypoxia and quercetin administration following hypoxic exposure. Calcium activity is represented by area under the curve (AUC) and number of calcium events. A traceability report is included to link the available datasets to the corresponding figures in the manuscript.
