专门针对堰塞湖抢险的实际需求,对真空虹吸装备进行模块化、轻量化,以实现抢险中的快速组装,于2022年9-11月,重点建设了咸宁陆水2#副坝与温州龙湾天柱寺水库两个示范点,分别进行了DN1200、DN600管径的应急泄流示范。为了研究应急快速虹吸技术装备的运行性能情况、流量变化过程、压力与流量关联关系,对示范点进行装备参数设计、水力计算与试验测试,计算分析装备适应边界条件达到设计需求的关键设备参数,实地测试压力、流量、水位、阀门开度传感器产生的运行监测数据。
To specifically address the practical demands of barrier lake emergency rescue, the vacuum siphon equipment was modularized and lightweighted to achieve rapid assembly during rescue operations. From September to November 2022, two key demonstration sites were constructed: the No. 2 Auxiliary Dam of Lushui Reservoir in Xianning and the Tianzhusi Reservoir in Longwan District, Wenzhou, where emergency discharge demonstrations with nominal pipe diameters of DN1200 and DN600 were carried out respectively. To investigate the operating performance of the emergency rapid siphon technology and equipment, the flow variation process, and the correlation between pressure and flow, equipment parameter design, hydraulic calculation and experimental tests were conducted at the demonstration sites. Specifically, the key equipment parameters that allow the equipment to adapt to boundary conditions and meet design requirements were calculated and analyzed, and on-site operational monitoring data generated by pressure, flow, water level and valve opening sensors were measured.
