TransCorpus-bio-de is a large-scale parallel biomedical corpus consisting of synthetic German translations of PubMed abstracts. This dataset was created using the TransCorpus framework and is designed to enable high-quality German biomedical language modeling and downstream NLP research. The corpus is sourced from PubMed abstracts (English) and translated into German (synthetic, machine-translated), containing 22 million abstracts and 34.6GB of text, focusing on the biomedical, clinical, and life sciences domain, with each abstract on a separate line.
