"For specified bias conditions (input voltages of -8 V, -12 V, and -16 V) and a load current of 10 mA, the most significant simulation results were presented for the appropriate braking radiation environments (83-kVp and 300-kVp). A test point was defined for every anticipated total ionizing dose (D = 0, 5, 10, 15, 20), specified in krad(Si). Results for a long-term, room-temperature annealing were then selected (t=85,000 h, \u0398A=20\u00b0C), followed by short-term, high-temperature annealing (t=168 h, \u0398A=100\u00b0C).
