Community Oil Spill Survey (COSS), Wave 4, People of Plaquemines, Lafourche, Terrebonne Parishes and Grand Isle, Louisiana, April 2012.

This is the fourth wave of the Community Oil Spill Survey (COSS). The data was collected in April 2012, two years out from the beginning of the oil spill. Conducted by Louisiana State University's Public Policy Research Lab, the COSS is a cross-sectional telephone survey of households randomly drawn from a listed sample of those living in the coastal zip codes of Plaquemines, Lafourche, and Terrebonne Parishes and the City of Grand Isle in Louisiana.
