Processed data and analysis code for longitudinal transcriptomic recovery after pediatric respiratory syncytial virus infection

This record contains processed data, numerical analysis outputs, and analysis code supporting the study “Shared opposing host transcriptional programs describe heterogeneous recovery after pediatric respiratory syncytial virus infection”. The analyses use publicly available transcriptomic datasets from the NCBI Gene Expression Omnibus: GSE188427, GSE246622, and GSE38900. Materials include processed expression matrices and metadata, gene lists defining the two temporal transcriptional programs, per-sample reference distances, patient-level recovery-group assignments, figure source data, main and supplementary table data, analysis scripts, software-version information, and documentation of processing steps and limitations. The data and documentation archive and the analysis code archive are provided separately. To run the documented reproduction commands, extract both archives into the same directory while preserving their internal directory structures. The README files describe the tested reproduction routes and the additional configuration required for historical scripts. Raw CEL preprocessing and pixel-identical reconstruction of manually assembled figures are not claimed.
