Datasets for the study "Distinct descending and biomechanical influences on interlimb coordination in mice"

This item contains the processed datasets and regression model outputs used to generate the figures in the study "Distinct descending and biomechanical influences on interlimb coordination in mice".The dataset includes aggregated limb and body tracking data from passive treadmill, motorised treadmill, and force sensor experiments, along with the prediction outputs and summary files of the regression models used in the associated manuscript. A small subset of intermediate tracking files and analog data streams (e.g. camera triggers, treadmill speed) is also included to support figure generation. Raw videos, the majority of intermediate tracking files, and regression model output files not used for figure generation are not included due to size constraints, but can be provided by the corresponding author upon reasonable request.A detailed description of file content is provided in the README.
