Aquatic Fungi Publication Explorer

A Streamlit-based web application designed to explore and filter publications related to aquatic fungi. This project was developed in support of the manuscript "Challenges and Opportunities in Defining Aquatic Fungi" (Masigol et al., 2025). The application is available at Aquatic Fungi Publication Explorer. Note: This dataset and web app are part of an ongoing study, and the manuscript "Challenges and Opportunities in Defining Aquatic Fungi" (Masigol et al., 2025) has not yet been published. Use of this data and app is subject to academic and research purposes only, pending final publication.
