Multi-omic profiling of digital papillary adenocarcinomas reveals alterations in matrix remodeling and metabolic genes

We performed a comprehensive genomics and transcriptomics analysis of DPAC to discover novel features that may assist in the development of more effective, targeted therapies. 9 cases of DPAC compared with 10 hidradenomas (a benign tumor) using a panel targeting use a nanostring panel of 770 genes to compare DPAC with hidradenomas and identify some expected changes.
