资源简介:
Pasteurella multocida is an opportunistic pathogen with a wide range of host tropism, which has brought great hidden dangers to livestock breeding, wildlife protection and human health and safety, but its pathogenic mechanism is still unclear. Previous studies have found that PMRS08245, a hypothetical protein of PmCQ2, is a virulence factor of Pasteurella multocida. In order to further explore the contribution of PMRS08245 in the pathogenesis of PmCQ2, we expressed and purified PMRS08245 in large quantities, and after salt removal and endotoxin removal, PMRS08245 interacted with mouse peritoneal primary macrophages, and transcriptomic sequencing was performed, in order to provide theoretical basis for the study of the pathogenesis of Pasteurella multicide.
