Model selection for the effect of region (Reg) and fruit harvesting rate (Harvest) on the size class distribution (SClass) of Pentadesma butyracea populations.

Each model includes a set of main effects of region, harvest and size class (no effect model). Δi, the difference between the smallest Akaike Information criterion (AIC) value and the AIC for each candidate model was used to select the best model. Models with Δi2 were considered best supported.
