We aimed to understand the transcriptional impact of monoallelic loss of DOT1L in cortical nuclei from 10 week old mice. Overall design: Control and DOT1L HET cortical nuclei were isolated from 10-week-old mice. DOT1L HET mice were heterozygous for floxed DOT1L and both Controls and DOT1L HET were heterozygous for CMV-cre (Strain #:006054). Cortical nuclei were isolated and prepared using the Chromium Next GEM Single Cell Multiome ATAC + Gene Expression reagents. (n = 6 biological replicates combined per sample/genotype, 3 male mice and 3 female mice)
