Glass-based physical models for tissue mechanics
收藏资源简介:
Experimental Data1. Raw Images: This folder contains images of glass “tissues” used for extracting area and eccentricity. One image each of before and after deformation for lateral stretching. Two images for deformed glass tissue after radial stretching and one image for glass tissue before radial stretching.2. Processed Masks: This folder contains the binary masks of glass tissue images in the “Raw Images” folder.3. Figure6.xlsx: Data corresponding to area and eccentricity comparison of glass tissue.4. Figure7.xlsx: Data corresponding input (from experiment) and output coordinates from mathematical model, modified dynamic relaxation (MDR) model.5. Figure8.xlsx: Data corresponding to area and eccentricity comparison of data from the mathematical model (MDR). MATLAB Codes1. Imageprocessing.m – Code used to obtain binarized masks from raw images with scale factors for calibrated data2. analysis_plots.m – Code used to plot Figure 6, 7 and 8 with p values3. DR_code – Contains codes to run the Dynamic Relaxation model for glass tissues.
