Transcriptomic analysis of lipase TLL during the lipid expression process of Aspergillus niger at different time points.

Aspergillus Niger CICC2629 was used as the host strain to express Thermomyces lanuginosus lipase. The enzyme activity and enzymatic properties of the lipase were measured, and the expression ability of exogenous protein in the host strain was investigated using transcriptomics. The WT and lipase TLL expressing strains were collected at different time points (0,24, 48 and 72 hours) when the lipase was produced. Wild-type mycelial samples were collected and cDNA libraries were constructed for each sample for sequencing.
