ATAC-seq of T-BET and EOMES CRISPR edited Primary human NK cells

ATAC-seq was performed on peripheral blood NK cells that were CRISPR-edited to knock-out expression of T-BET and EOMES. The following samples were analyzed to elucidate the role of T-BET and EOMES in regulating mature human NK cell chromatin accessibility. Overall design: Control and double TBX21+EOMES CRISPR edited NK cell generated from the same normal donors were prepared for ATAC-sequencing at 2 time points, Day 7 and Day 10 post CRISPR electroporation.
