Data for Multicompartmental Neuron Network Simulations

This dataset includes files and precomputed outputs used in simulations of the reference multicompartment neuron network model. Specifically, it contains: BallAndSticks*.hoc – Cell geometry and template definitions written in NEURON’s HOC language. mod/*.mod – Mechanism files written in the NMODL language. output/ – Precomputed simulation results generated from the reference model configuration.
