In order to focus on the actual needs of rapid response to national biosafety, this database focuses on acquiring and integrating DNA barcode data of important quarantine animal species and invasive alien animal species and their related species. At present, the task of 2018 has been successfully completed, and 568 standard DNA barcode COI sequences of important quarantine and invasive species and their related species have been obtained.
