Raw data behind data/deep/ of the orbit-hunter repository, version 0.3.0 What this is. One zip file, orbit-hunter-0.3.0-raw.zip (5679 files, 142684002 bytes before zipping, 48115152 bytes zipped), that holds the complete outputs behind the stored results in data/deep/ of the repository https://github.com/Utshob-k/orbit-hunter (version 0.3.0, PeriCont, the ias route): the full outputs and per-attempt records of the 14 traces that have them, the full outputs of the witnesses (tools/witness.py, with the end states) and of the re-closer (tools/reclose.py) for the accepted steps, the midpoints and all 854 witnessed points, the 320 iterates of the piece scan, and the matrices, jobs, runs and results behind the files of data/deep/extra/ that came from later computations: the earlier folders (stall/, pericentres/, reclose-all/, reclose-beyond-stall/, first-step/, creep/, stall-remedy/, dp45-same-start/, dp45-same-start-all/, reclose-midpoints-deep/, start-shift/) and the folders added for version 0.3.0 (ablation/, fold-test/, cost-comparison/, continuation-beyond-the-stall/, residual-floor/, stall-tolerance/, pair-angmom/, piece-check/, collision-orbits/, fd-comparison/, stall-remedies/, hand-over/, henon-family-m/, satellite-words/, cost-same-stretch/, guards-record/, cost-same-conditions/, earlier-stages/) and scripts/ (the four scripts that collated cost-same-stretch.json and guards-record.json). The zip is one file because a Zenodo record holds at most 100 files. After unzipping, the folder orbit-hunter-0.3.0-raw/ has its own README.txt (what each folder is and which file of data/deep it belongs to) and FILES.txt (size and sha256 of every file). How it relates to the repository. The repository has the compact files (data/deep/traces, witnesses, reclose, extra), the tools that made them, and the tests; the compact files are cut from, or computed from, the files in this zip. The tools of the repository can be run on the files of the zip where docs/deep.md and data/deep/README.md say so (for example tools/stall-svd.py on stall/*.json and the matrices, tools/reclose-w1b.py summary on stall/reclose-w1b, tools/reclose-all.py summary on reclose-all, tools/creep-attempts.py on the per-attempt records in traces, tools/first-step-check.py scan on iterates/piece-scan-iterates.json, and, for the files of version 0.3.0, tools/cost-before-floor.py on traces and cost-same-stretch, tools/cost-same-conditions.py on cost-same-conditions/inputs.json, tools/step-limit.py on the two replays in cost-same-conditions, tools/guards-record-checks.py on guards-record and the files of step 32 in cost-same-conditions; these four make the files of data/deep/extra again, apart from the names of the input files). In the trace outputs the field "label" is the name of the trace, in the stall jsons the field "bin" is a file name, and in the queue files, the job files, the logs, the four scripts and the first line of the .out files the paths are relative or file names; in the field "python" of the settings of the runs the path of the local Python interpreter was replaced by "python"; in the load log of cost-same-conditions the entries of one process, the program that started the jobs, were removed, as in the data file cost-same-conditions.json; nothing else was changed from the original outputs. Some files name the scripts and output folders of the author's working directory by relative names (round labels), as they were recorded. Licence.
