Wildtype mice and mice lacking the chemokine receptor CCR8 were subjected to oral treatment with dextrane sodium sulphate for 7 days. At day 9 colonic tissue of colitic mice was collected and gene expression patterns in experimental groups were compared using bulk RNAseq analysis.
