Korpus der Entscheidungen des Bundesverfassungsgerichts (2023-2025)

This dataset comprises a corpus of decisions of the German Federal Constitutional Court (Bundesverfassungsgericht) in XML format, covering the years 2023-2025. The corpus includes 857 decisions and a metadata table. This present corpus update continues this work was produced within the project < Freiheit // Gleichheit > at the University Regensburg, funded by the German Research Foundation (DFG). The dataset is fully compatible with the original corpus but has been created on the basis of newly developed code. The new codebase will be published separately.
