Transcriptomic Analysis of Placental-Decidual Interface in Syngeneic and Allogeneic Pregnancies

This study investigates transcriptomic changes at the placental-decidual interface during syngeneic (Syn-P) and allogeneic (Allo-P) pregnancies in mice. The samples were collected at embryonic day E8.5 and E10.5 to capture the peak phase of metabolic reprogramming. RNA sequencing was performed using Illumina platforms, and differential expression analysis was conducted to identify pregnancy-related gene expression changes.
