Data for: Piloting an integrated approach for estimation of environmental risk of Schistosoma haematobium infections in pre-school-aged children and their mothers at Barombi Kotto, Cameroon

This dataset contains: 1. GPS data for 12 pre-school-aged children, 12 mothers and 1 school-aged child on Barombi Kotto crater lake island; 2. Environmental data for snail surveys and eDNA detection of water samples conducted in 2016 and 2017 on the island and around the lake; 3. Shapefile of identified bathing sites on the island; 4. Shapefile of the shoreline risk area used for calculations.
