2006-2015年中国1km空间分辨率生态系统呼吸数据集V0版

基于文献检索和中国通量网观测的中国陆地生态系统呼吸（ER）站点-年数据，以年均气温、年总降水量、年总光合有效辐射、年潜在蒸散量、年均饱和水气压差、年均CO2浓度、土壤湿度、土壤总有机碳含量、土壤有机氮含量、年均叶面积指数及年最大叶面积指数等11个指标为驱动变量，利用随机森林算法通过预测ER/GPP结合GPP数据生成了2006-2015年的中国陆地生态系统呼吸（ER）逐年数据产品，空间分辨率为1 km×1 km。进而分别取2006-2010、2011-2015两个5年的数据均值，获取两期（2006-2010、2011-2015）中国1km分辨率年生态系统呼吸数据集V0版本，数据格式为geotiff。

Based on literature retrieval and site-year data of Chinese terrestrial ecosystem respiration (ER) observed by ChinaFLUX, we adopted 11 indicators as driving variables, including mean annual air temperature, annual total precipitation, annual total photosynthetically active radiation (PAR), annual potential evapotranspiration (PET), mean annual saturation vapor pressure deficit (VPD), mean annual CO₂ concentration, soil moisture, total soil organic carbon content, soil organic nitrogen content, mean annual leaf area index (LAI), and annual maximum leaf area index. We generated annual terrestrial ecosystem respiration (ER) data products for China spanning 2006 to 2015 by predicting ER/GPP using the random forest algorithm combined with GPP data, with a spatial resolution of 1 km × 1 km. Furthermore, we calculated the 5-year mean values for the two periods 2006–2010 and 2011–2015 respectively, and obtained the V0 version of the 1 km-resolution annual terrestrial ecosystem respiration dataset for China covering these two periods, stored in GeoTIFF format.
