Talking Brains - crowdsourcing EEG

This dataset contains two sets of files from visitors of the TalkingBrains exhibition that was held at the CosmoCaixa science museum of Barcelona from 2017-2018: - EEG files (N=5,484) in format .easy and .info - Demographic information files (N=6831), a CSV file which lists age, gender, handedness, mother tongue, bilingualism, hours of sleep and cafe or tea intake. This information was collected on a demographic questionnaire before the start of the EEG. All visitors to the TalkingBrains exhibition (www.talkingbrains.net) had the opportunity to participate in the neurolinguistic experiment during the opening hours of the EEG-lab installation. The complete experiment lasted 10 min on average and required the participants to, sequentially, complete the three tasks: the Stroop task, a sentence comprehension task, and a free recall task. The EEG was triggered with the different events of the tasks to the 2-ms resolution.
