Fumigant use on California strawberry fields, 2004-2013

This project tracked and analyzed fumigant use in nine major strawberry-producing counties in California over the years 2014 to 2013. Five of the counties are production counties, and four hold nurseries. Raw data was obtained from California's Pesticide Use Reporting System, and filtered by category of chemical (fumigants) and commodity (strawberries). Raw data consists of all fumigant applications (both pounds applied and acres applied), geocoded by township-range-section. The file also includes pivot charts and graphs showing changes in fumigant use by county.
